Tech Square welcomes Coda as Portman, Georgia Tech celebrate opening

Georgia Tech and Portman Holdings celebrated the opening of Coda, a $375M tower at Spring and 4th Streets in Atlanta. The opening of Coda marks the second phase of Tech Square as it expands eastward across the Downtown Connector.

The second phase of Tech Square has attracted dozens of developments and construction from NCR's Midtown headquarters and Anthem's announcement to occupy two future towers to the recently started construction for Norfolk Southern's new corporate campus. In addition, the area has seen a surge of student housing surrounding the neighborhood.

With the opening of Coda, Georgia Tech and private sector tenants such as Keysight Technologies and WeWork have already started to move in.
